RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy and confident with your new look.

 

Returns may be acceptable within 7 days of purchasing your wig or topper as long as there have been NO alterations and has NOT BEEN WORN.

 

Alterations Not Accepted

Wig Hair Cut          Wig Hair Color

     Wig Perm           Wig Straightener

ANY Heat or Steam Process

 

Alterations of wig or topper cap in ANY way:

cutting, cap enlargement, cap tapering, clip subtraction,

clip additions, any adhesive process

 

NO spray or styling product has been applied to the wig or topper.

 

ANY WIG OR TOPPER WORN OUT OF THE STORE ON THE DAY OF PURCHASE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.

 

Wigs or Toppers MUST be unworn and returned back in all original packaging.

 

When a wig or topper has been authorized for return,

a refund will be issued, minus a refurbish/restocking fee*.

 

*A 20-30% Refurbishing Fee/Restocking Fee will not be refunded.

(Fee percentage will vary based on each wig manufacturers guidelines)
